Image Center

Description

Image Center lets you scan and import external documents into EV and access them throughout your workflow. These documents can include images, signed consent forms, site/state-specific forms and many others.

The Image Center system:

• Is configurable on a site basis
• Has an easy-to-use interface
• Allows scanned and imported documents to be integrated with EV files
• Includes PDF, TIFF, JPG and PNG as supported file types
• Lets users view scanned and imported documents through the Report Viewer
• Lets users enter notes that can be saved with the document
• Lets users print the scanned and imported documents
• Inserts a new column on the Status Board to indicate if there are documents attached to a visit

Technical Requirements

Requires EV version 6.0 or later and an internet connection.
