Description

Pharmacy Worklist allows providers to review medication orders from the emergency department either prospectively or retrospectively.

Pharmacy Worklist provides a web-based portal for pharmacists to be able to review medication orders either on site or off empowering pharmacist to play an active role on the patient care team. Pharmacist can configure which medications need to be reviewed, and reports are available to show who reviewed a medication, when, and what if any comments were provided on the order. With Pharmacy Worklist, providers have an additional safety layer for medication administration which can decrease adverse drug interactions, increase antibiotic stewardship, and lead to institutional cost savings.
